What is a gym juice bar menu?

A gym juice bar menu is the list of shakes, smoothies and add-ons sold at a gym's bar, with prices. As a portrait TV board it becomes one column customers read while they queue: house shakes, boosts, and a member price after class, each line editable when the menu changes.

What should be on a gym juice bar menu?
Four to six drinks people actually order, each with its main ingredients and price, and a short list of add-ons. More than that and the queue reads none of it. Rotate a seasonal drink onto its own slide rather than adding another line.
How do I run a members-only price on the screen?
State the condition on the slide: members only, within an hour of class, one per visit, as this board does for its $7 perk. Staff then have the rule in writing when someone asks, and the screen and the till say the same thing.
Where should a portrait menu screen go?
