This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how ChannelOS ("we", "us") delivers what you buy. ChannelOS is a digital service operated as a sole proprietorship at https://channelos.tv. Because ChannelOS is a software-as-a-service product, everything you purchase is delivered electronically over the internet. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every paid plan and subscription you buy from ChannelOS, priced in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed through our payment processor, Razorpay. It describes how and when your purchase is made available to you. It does not cover any physical goods, because we do not sell, ship or deliver any.

2. No physical goods or shipping

ChannelOS is a purely digital, online service. There are no physical goods, no packaging, no courier or postal shipment, and no delivery address involved in any purchase. You do not receive a box, a disc, a media player, or any hardware from us. You use your own TV or display and pair it with the service. As a result, no shipping charges, shipping timelines or tracking numbers apply to your order.

3. How your purchase is delivered

When you buy a paid plan, "delivery" means unlocking and provisioning the corresponding features on your ChannelOS account. Once your payment is successfully authorised by Razorpay and your account is activated, the paid features — such as additional screens and plan capabilities described on our pricing page — become available to you inside the service. Nothing is downloaded, installed or mailed; the entitlement is applied to your account and takes effect in the product you already access at channelos.tv.

4. Delivery timeline

Access to paid features is provisioned instantly, in real time, upon successful payment and account activation. In the ordinary course, activation happens automatically the moment the payment is confirmed. If a payment is held for review by the payment processor or your bank, provisioning completes as soon as that confirmation clears — typically within a few minutes and, in any event, within one business day of a successful payment.

5. Accessing the service

You access ChannelOS entirely online through any modern web browser at https://channelos.tv. There is no software to download, no app to install, and no separate media player to buy. To use the service you need:

Once your plan is active, you sign in and your paid features are ready to use immediately — no delivery step is required on your part.

6. If your access is not provisioned

If you have completed payment but your paid features have not appeared on your account within a reasonable time, first sign out and sign back in to refresh your account. If the features are still not available, contact us at [email protected] or through our Contact page, with the email address on your account and your payment reference. We will verify the payment and provision your access, or resolve the issue, as quickly as we can. Any grievances relating to delivery or provisioning can also be raised with our grievance officer via Contact.
