How do I promote a fitness challenge without promising results?
Describe what people will do, not what they will get. This board states the season by effort: 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week and a finisher medal for attendance. Weight loss or body change claims need scientific evidence under the FTC's rules on health claims, so leave them off the screen entirely.
What should a sign-up deadline slide say?
The date and time sign-ups close, what the entry includes and where to sign up. A real deadline is fine to show; a deadline that quietly moves every week teaches members to ignore it. When the season fills or closes, change the slide the same day.
Can the board list outdoor meeting points?
