What should a food truck show at an event?
The menu with prices, how to order and pay, and how to book the truck for another event. At a busy event the line decides in seconds, so keep the menu to a handful of items and put catering on its own slide rather than on the menu.
Do food trucks need a permit for each event?
Often, and the rules are set by the city or county and by the event itself. Many events ask trucks for a health permit and proof of insurance. This board's booking slide says the truck checks the site permit before confirming, which is the honest promise to make.
Can the event screen show a QR code for bookings?
