What is a property dealer led display board?

A property dealer LED display board is the screen in an estate agency window that plays listings on a loop instead of printed sheets taped to the glass. One board cycles an aerial shot of the property, its size and amenities, the asking price, and a QR code a passer-by scans to book a private viewing.

This board runs on

Any screen with a modern browser. There is no media player box to buy and nothing to install: you open a link on the TV, pair it once, and change what it shows from your phone.

It is authored at 16:9, so stand the TV the usual way and the board fills it.

Questions people actually ask

What is the price of a property dealer LED display board?
Price splits three ways: the panel, the mounting and fitting, and whatever feeds it content. A true outdoor LED matrix is the expensive part, because it is built to stay readable in daylight through glass, while a consumer television costs a fraction of one. Use this rule. If the board faces the street through clear glass in direct sun, pay for a high-brightness panel. If it sits inside the office, or behind shaded or awning-covered glass, a large TV you already own will do. Before comparing two quotes, ask each supplier for the brightness in nits and the warranty in years, because a dim panel that washes out at midday is a board nobody reads.
What are the key elements of a property display board?
Seven things earn their place: one photograph big enough to read from the footpath, the locality name, the configuration and area, the asking price or a clear price on request, one line of amenities, the registration or RERA line if your listing carries one, and a single way to act, either a QR code or a phone number in large figures. The working rule is that a passer-by gives a window three to five seconds, so put one property on each slide and keep no line longer than about eight words. Anything that needs squinting belongs in the brochure you hand over inside, not on the glass.
LED board or TV screen for a property office window?
Measure two things before you buy. First, light on the pane: direct afternoon sun means an LED matrix or a high-brightness commercial panel, while shade or an awning means an ordinary television is enough. Second, viewing distance: someone standing a couple of metres from the window reads a 43 to 55 inch TV comfortably, but a board meant to be read from across the road needs large characters and very few of them. Content decides the tie. A TV shows real photographs of the villa, an LED matrix mostly shows text. Plenty of dealers run both, a TV inside the glass for listings and a scrolling strip above the door for the phone number.
How do I change a price on the board without reprinting anything?
Keep one property per slide and put the price in its own text layer, so changing it is one edit rather than a rebuild. Hide a sold property instead of deleting it, then bring it back if the deal falls through. This board is free and remixable on ChannelOS: open the template, swap the aerial photograph, type your own price, area and amenities, and point the TV browser at the pairing code to put it on screen. Set yourself one rule, review the board every Monday morning. A price three weeks out of date is worse than a blank screen, because the first walk-in will argue from it.
