What is free home for sale digital signage?

Free home for sale digital signage is a no-cost, ready-made screen layout that puts one property on a TV in a real estate office window or lobby. It shows the hero photo, the asking price, beds, baths and floor area, the listing agent, and a QR code that opens the full listing on a phone.

This board runs on

Any screen with a modern browser. There is no media player box to buy and nothing to install: you open a link on the TV, pair it once, and change what it shows from your phone.

It is authored at 16:9, so stand the TV the usual way and the board fills it.

Questions people actually ask

What is the best commercial display TV?
For a listing board, judge a screen on three numbers before brand. Brightness: a lobby screen is fine at 350 to 500 nits, but a panel facing out through glass in daylight needs a high brightness window display, sold from around 2,000 nits up. Duty cycle: commercial panels are rated for 16 or 24 hours a day, where a consumer set is built for a few hours and its warranty often excludes commercial use. Orientation: only a commercial panel is normally warranted to run in portrait. If the screen sits indoors behind a desk and runs office hours, a consumer TV is usually enough.
How many listings should one office TV show?
Work backwards from how long someone stands there. A client waiting in reception has minutes, a passer by on the sidewalk has seconds. Give each listing 8 to 12 seconds, long enough to read a price and a headline but not long enough to lose a walker, then cap the loop at about 90 seconds so a waiting visitor sees the whole set before they are called. That is six to eight listings. Beyond that, split it: a window loop of your three strongest listings, and a longer lobby loop inside. Per slide timing is set on each slide in ChannelOS, so a hero listing can hold the screen longer.
How big does the price text need to be on a window display?
Use the sign trade rule of thumb: about 25mm of capital letter height for every 3 metres of viewing distance, which is roughly one inch per ten feet. Someone reading from the sidewalk two metres from the glass needs capitals of about 17mm, while a shopper across a six metre forecourt needs about 50mm. Measure the real distance, then check the rendered character height on the screen itself rather than in the editor, because a 55 inch panel and a 32 inch panel render the same layout at very different physical sizes. Price and street name are the two lines that must pass that test.
What has to appear on a real estate listing board?
Two things beyond the property detail. First, identify the brokerage: most state license laws treat any advertisement, a screen in the window included, as advertising that must carry the brokerage name and not only the agent's, so check your own state rule and put it on the board. Second, keep the wording and the imagery neutral. The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits advertising that indicates a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and that covers phrasing that describes an ideal buyer. Then keep it current: pull or restyle a listing the day it goes under contract.
