What is a gym digital signage template?

A gym digital signage template is a ready-made, TV-sized slide layout a fitness studio runs on its reception or floor screen in place of printed posters. It carries membership tiers, class or program tracks, trainer packages, results stats and current offers, and the owner edits the wording, prices and photos before publishing it to the screen.

This board runs on

Any screen with a modern browser. There is no media player box to buy and nothing to install: you open a link on the TV, pair it once, and change what it shows from your phone.

It is authored at 16:9, so stand the TV the usual way and the board fills it.

Questions people actually ask

What size TV is recommended for a gym?
Size the screen from the furthest person who has to read it, not from the room. The sign trade's legibility rule is about 25mm of capital letter height for every 3 metres of viewing distance, so a member standing 6 metres away needs roughly 50mm capitals. On a 55 inch 16:9 panel the picture is about 685mm tall, so those 50mm capitals take about 7 percent of the screen height, which is comfortable for a headline and a price. Reception desks are usually read from 2 to 4 metres, where a 43 to 50 inch screen is enough. A cardio floor read from 8 to 10 metres wants 65 inches or larger, or fewer words per slide.
What is the ideal height for mounting a TV in a gym?
Match the screen centre to the eye level of the people who will actually read it. For members standing at a reception desk that is roughly 1.5 to 1.6 metres from the floor. Above a cardio row, seated eye level on a treadmill or bike is higher than standing eye level, so measure it on the machine rather than guessing. If the screen sits over a walkway or anywhere a person can pass under it, keep the bottom edge above head height, around 2 metres, and use a flush or low profile mount so it does not become an obstruction. Tilt the panel down no more than about 15 degrees, past that the picture washes out and glare from the ceiling lights lands in it.
What should a gym display on its TV screens?
One message per slide, and a loop short enough to finish while someone waits. A practical shape is five to seven slides at eight to ten seconds each, so the whole loop repeats in about a minute and nobody misses the offer. Give each slide a single job: the class or session timetable, membership tiers, the current promotion, a trainer introduction, results or transformation numbers, and the opening hours. Put the thing you want acted on, usually the offer and the way to claim it, in the first two slides, because most people look up once. Update the timetable slide the same day the timetable changes, or members stop trusting the screen and go back to asking at the desk.
How should I show personal training packages and prices on a gym screen?
Keep it to three or four options on screen at once. More than that and people stop comparing and walk past. Show the per session price and the block price side by side, so the saving on a ten session pack is arithmetic the reader does the moment they look at it, rather than a claim. State plainly whether the price includes taxes, since a quoted figure that grows at the desk is the fastest way to lose a sign up. Set prices at the same capital height as the headline, because the price is the line people squint at from furthest away. This template ships with that layout already built, and you edit the numbers and publish.
