### What else can a surf shop screen show?

Rentals and lesson times, new arrivals and the week's events, each as its own slide beside the sale. Keep each slide to a few words so it reads from the door. If you post a surf or weather report, say where it comes from and keep it current, since a stale report is worse than none.

### Will salt air and sun hurt a TV near the beach?

They can shorten a TV's life. Keep the screen indoors, out of direct sun and away from an open door that lets in sea air and sand. A TV mounted outside needs a panel built for outdoor use, which an ordinary TV is not.
