### How do I promote a fitness challenge without promising results?

Describe what people will do, not what they will get. This board states the season by effort: 8 weeks, 3 sessions a week and a finisher medal for attendance. Weight loss or body change claims need scientific evidence under the FTC's rules on health claims, so leave them off the screen entirely.

### What should a sign-up deadline slide say?

The date and time sign-ups close, what the entry includes and where to sign up. A real deadline is fine to show; a deadline that quietly moves every week teaches members to ignore it. When the season fills or closes, change the slide the same day.

### Can the board list outdoor meeting points?

Yes. Session names, times and places are text, so the park or track for each session can go on the timetable slide. If routes change with the weather, say where the current route is posted, as this board does, and update the slide when it changes.
