## Frequently asked questions

### Is bubble tea the same as boba?

Yes, the two names are used for the same drink: tea, usually with milk, served with chewy tapioca pearls or other toppings. Bubble tea is the usual name in the UK and much of the US, and boba is common on the US West Coast. This board works under either name.

### How many drinks should a bubble tea menu show?

Five or six core drinks per slide with prices, plus a separate slide for toppings and options. A shop with a long menu can add a slide per category, such as milk teas and fruit teas, rather than squeezing twenty drinks onto one screen.

### Where should a portrait menu go in a tea shop?

Beside the counter facing the queue, or on the wall where people wait for their drink. A TV on its end fits a narrow wall and holds a drink list as one readable column.

### Can prices be shown in pounds or euros?

Yes. Prices on the board are text, so type them in your own currency, such as £4.50. The screen shows exactly what you type, and changing a price is one edit from your phone.
