### What should a food truck show at an event?

The menu with prices, how to order and pay, and how to book the truck for another event. At a busy event the line decides in seconds, so keep the menu to a handful of items and put catering on its own slide rather than on the menu.

### Do food trucks need a permit for each event?

Often, and the rules are set by the city or county and by the event itself. Many events ask trucks for a health permit and proof of insurance. This board's booking slide says the truck checks the site permit before confirming, which is the honest promise to make.

### Can the event screen show a QR code for bookings?

Yes. Add a QR code that opens your booking form or email, which this board's booking slide invites with scan to ask for a quote. Test the code from a few steps back before the event, since people scan it from the line.

### How do I switch the board between events?

Keep one board per event, or one board with a stops slide you edit, and publish from your phone when you arrive. On a paid plan you can schedule boards by date, so a festival weekend board takes over by itself.
