### Can an acai menu call bowls healthy or a superfood?

Leave those words off. Health and superfood claims need scientific evidence under the FTC's rules on health claims, and they add nothing a customer needs to order. Describe the bowl instead, such as banana, berries and granola, and give the price.

### What is the difference between an acai bowl and a pitaya bowl?

An acai bowl is blended from frozen acai berry pulp and is usually deep purple, while a pitaya bowl is blended from dragon fruit and is usually bright pink. Both are topped the same way. This board lists them side by side in the same sizes.

### How should toppings be priced on the board?
